Ruth Keeling

After 16 years as a professional wardrobe mistress Ruth retrained to become an actor and subsequently trained at the Poor School in kings Cross and also at the London Repertory Company. Her theatre credits include ‘Her Naked Skin’ – National Theatre, ‘Hot Flush, The Musical’- UK Tour, ‘The Social Notwork’ – Camden Festival, ‘Death by Biscuit’ workshop. TV- includes ‘Eastenders’ ‘Hollyoaks’,  ‘Doctors’,  ‘Little’ ‘Miss Jocelyn’  ‘Ben Elton Sketch show.’ Film includes ‘Ashes’ with Lesley Manville and Ray Winston; ‘Molly’ with Javier Bardem and Elle Fanning

Sabrina Richmond is a performer and writer. She has performed in new writing in theatres across London such as Theatre Royal Haymarket & The Pleasance. Her first play An African in the snow – a migratory experience of loving & living in the cracks of identity across 5 countries has an upcoming short residency at The Pleasance theatre’s LABS programme. Her background in journalism drives her interest in issue-based storytelling. She undertook her actor training at an Acting for Film Conservatory, New York Film Academy, New York.

Katharine Hardman is an actor, writer and Movement Director and recent graduate of Drama Centre London. Artistic Director of ‘Entita Theatre’ having produced fifteen shows alongside Jamie Woods. Working as the company’s Movement Director and Choreographer (for a little more please see:www.entitatheatre.co.uk ). Katharine has recently curated an all female new writing night at the Greenwich Theatre, Lost in London, this night hosted six new places centered around London living with New Light Productions.

Introducing: Kate Sketchley as Bianca for ET TU!

We are delighted to welcome Kate Sketchley as Bianca to Et Tu for our latest release.

Kate Sketchley trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland after obtaining a BSc in Psychology at McGill University. She is well versed in classical, contemporary and devised work, recently participating in the development and performance of Shame: A Double Bill, a dance theatre piece, and the ongoing development of Mechanical’s Macbeth, by Tilly Lunken, as part of the Criterion Writer’s Programme. Her most recent performance was as Caliban in The Tempest, with Controlled Chaos Theatre. In addition to acting, Kate is a writer and is currently developing two pieces of her own work.

Kate is playing a Bianca who is happy to listen to the woes of her close friend Mariana but wary of sharing her own griefs without wine.

In association with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council we are presenting Shakespeare Shaken-Up at The Hub, Grosvenor and Hilbert Park, 7pm, Tuesday the 24th October.

The presentation/performance/discussion will include screenings of a selection of souliloquies, a live performance and facilitated discussion on our practice and this project as well as how digital/live theatre stages interact and how we as artists interact and engage with source Shakespeare texts.
